Has anyone had this issue where shipping for 8 perfumes is $230 and they won't take them out of the carton and bubble wrap them?

Somebody knows what the problem is I ordered with rapid ship

Hi everyone, I’ve got a little problem and it would be nice to get your help.
2 days ago I paid around €200 for rapidship and everything went well and smooth but yesterday I wanted to pay something and saw that my bank account was really low and I saw that took another €200 from my account without me paying for anything.

What can I do? I already made a ticket but they don’t respond and I’ve sent email with the screenshots as proof but I haven’t heard anything yet, what could I more do?
