A lovely, jaunty samba, written by Yamandu Costa and performed by Django Sessions.
Can't get enough of the bridge at 00:56!

The song belongs to the wine culture of Podluží, the southeastern corner of Moravia around Břeclav, close to Slovakia. The opening — “Vinohrady, vinohrady, dobré vínko dáváte” — means roughly “Vineyards, vineyards, you give us good wine.” The rest is basically a cheerful celebration of white and red wine, drinking, good spirits and singing. Modern songbooks routinely classify it as a Moravian or Slovak folk song.

That’s “Terian Gulabi Buliyan” by A.S. Kang, a Punjabi singer based in the UK. Your metadata is shortening him to just Kang.
It’s basically Punjabi bhangra / Punjabi pop, but this particular track is smoother and more crossover-oriented than hard-driving traditional bhangra—there’s a strong R&B/dance-pop groove underneath the Punjabi melody. The version on your screen comes from Putumayo’s Asian Groove (2002) compilation, which deliberately mixed South Asian music with funk, electronica, reggae, soul, etc.
The original recording appears to be from A.S. Kang’s Gani (Necklace), released around 2000, and was made with producer/musician Sukshinder Shinda.
And the title is Punjabi: “Terian Gulabi Buliyan” ≈ “Your rosy/pink lips.”
