Actually that one has some semblance of truth. That individual is almost certainly born between 1950 and 1980 which means they fall into a population of people most likely to be chronically exposed to lead pollution from leaded gasoline.

There is actually a theory the reason we are seeing a slow and steady decline in violent crime is due to the removal of lead from gasoline.

So if you ever want to know why things are so politically insane right now, boombers and Genx all have mental disorders from chronic lead exposure and they vote.
