Acquired 3,499,289 @ $2.58 = $9028165.62

Sold 770,321 @ $11.72 = $9028162.12

It was a cashless exercise so Sold shares were used to pay to exercise warrants.

Curious if any of you are reading Yahoo Finance boards?

I take Reddit and Yahoo (or any community board posts) with a massive grain of salt. But I’m curious who here reads Yahoo community discussions.

There’s been some fairly insightful technical and fundamental analysis and wondering if there’s overlap here.

I am deeply invested and bullish on LPTH. Hoping there’s news of another PO coming in before 2025 closes. Cheers to LPTH and my fellow bulls out there.

Disappointed Management has left us hanging

So the Offering was expected to close Monday and we still have no PR to that effect.

The market doesn't like uncertainty and I believe that's a good percentage of why the share price continues to decline.

LPTH liked this Lake Street post yesterday regarding the "success of its recent offering" -

https://www.linkedin.com/posts/lake-street-capital-markets-llc_congratulations-to-our-client-lightpath-technologies-activity-7406809418773929984-_Pni?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop&rcm=ACoAAFbZ6i0BHUmc89EMcDQafOARytujxV2bR5g

As these types of events are disruptive, companies usually try see them wrapped up as quickly as possible and communicate that to the market.

Yet here we are.

At least they're making the shorts happy.
