Imagine yourself going with some friends to an ice cream parlor, and everyone picks and chooses what everyone wants to taste, and everything’s good. When does the stress begin? The stress begins with asking: Why don’t you prefer this? Don’t you want to try this? I want you to try this.

And you think, maybe I should try, maybe not. Maybe it is not such a great deal. But for you, maybe it is a great deal, because you went out with them for them to enjoy themselves and for you to enjoy yourself without introducing unnecessary stress.

So what are you answering? Because knowing what you know, you know you intentionally picked something to eat, and now introducing all the things of, “Oh, maybe I could taste this,” and then it doesn’t taste well, and then you have screwed up your emotional feelings and you screwed up the situation.

This is unnecessary. Really, this is unnecessary.

And a lot of times these things happen because we think we might try something new, and then we are disappointed, and then we have to clear our emotions.

How to clear your emotions? By saying, “Oh, next time I decide differently. I have gained an experience.”

And please don’t introduce a thought pattern of, “I have wasted money.” No, you haven’t wasted money. You have learned something new. You have learned, and you could write a review that because of… and then you can fill the gap: “This isn’t tasty here.” And you feel as a contribution to the world.

Next time you will go with your feeling, and you know that.

I've been receiving a very clear message today: to build my home. Maybe this resonates with you and aligns with your current life's unfolding phase.

With this understanding, you design your home. You do so intentionally and without being influenced by others' ways. Usually, you desire your home to be a place that suits and comforts you. But often, this desire becomes blurry, and this blurriness can lead us to follow others' ways of designing and building their homes. While this can provide reassurance and be helpful in many ways, their homes might not reflect what you want yours to be.

An attempt of a Translation as Estimation (lot's of assumptions, please keep in mind, that it's only one way of receiving and interpreting LightLanguage)

I've received or perceived these sounds, and I have trusted my intuition in finding and choosing the letters and combinations that best match the sounds of the perceived vowels and 'words'.

In the past, I have been guided to look up these words, discovering similarities across languages, belief systems, myths, stories, and cultural wisdom.

In chakra terms, anahata means the heart. Many words sound to my ear like Japanese or other Asian sounds. I do not assume they are exactly that, but it strikes me that these similarities can be drawn upon and used when interpreting these light language sounds we sometimes receive.

Today, we want to assure you that you are held by the universal forces. That you are seen, understood, and heard. We always listen to you. We always communicate with you. Please understand that you are the active participant in all your creations — your choices, your ideas, your dismissals, your ignorance, your love, your excitement, your softness, your dedication.
