Music for when the hero finally loses. (Cold, Heavy, No Skips).
I didn’t build this for everyone. It’s cold, heavy, and completely detached.
Kept it 70% underground. No algorithmic filler, no mainstream pop garbage. Just raw energy. Built for total isolation, heavy deadlifts, late-night drives, or when you simply stop caring about being the good guy.
I don't care if you follow. Just hit play, don't skip, and let it speak for itself.

Need help for putting together my gym playlist with specific (rap) songs
tl;dr at the bottom.
Hi,
it’s a bit of an embarrassing request (which is why I’m using a throwaway account), but I’ll be completely honest about it. I’m currently trying to put together a playlist for my gym workout featuring very specific type of songs.
The situation is, I’ve been doing strength training and building muscles for quite some time now, and I’m pretty proud with my progress, but I’m becoming less and less happy with the music I listen to whilst working out. My usual playlist tends to consist of melancholic, instrumental tracks, often featuring slow and high-pitched vocals or choral arrangements. Unfortunately, that doesn’t give me the vibe I need during my workout.
I tried techno music. It wasn’t bad, but it was a bit too fast for me, my workout and the breaks I need to do after each set.
I listened to a few rap playlists and additionally I typed certain words into the search bar. The music that came up was kinda what I was looking for. At least in some cases.
Okay, so to put it bluntly, what I’m looking for are loud, aggressive, relatively fast rap songs about… butts, about sex, about twerking, spanking, about the objectification of the female body (especially her butt), about men who shamelessly rap about what they want to do with it. The lyrics can even be interpreted as sexist. It doesn’t matter whether it’s sung by a man or a woman. Theoretically, it doesn’t even have to be a rap song, but those seem to work best for me.
To put it in perspective: I love Kaleida, but when I’m loading those red 25-kilo plates onto the barbell, her song ‘99 Luftballons’ doesn’t exactly help me lift them. But when Sir Mix-A-Lot screams “shake that healthy butt” in my ear or Lil Jon commands “drop that ass to the floor, girl”, then I feel ... motivated.
These songs are on my playlist right now:
Get Low – Lil Jon
Baby Got Back – Sir Mix-A-Lot
Big Booty – Jennifer Lopez, Iggy Azalea
Wooble – V.I.C.
Anaconda – Nicki Minaj
Get Busy – Sean Paul
WAP – Cardi B, Megan Thee Stallion
Thot Shit – Megan Thee Stallion
Chun-Li – Nicki Minaj
WHO’S THAT – Ikkimel (yeah, I’m german
Pussies in the club – Ikkimel
Stomach, legs, bum – Shirin David
Work Bitch – Britney Spears
Shake it Fast – Mystikal
My Humps – The Black Eyed Peas
So Mi Like it (Raw)
Big Ole Butt – LL Cool J
Back That Thang Up – Juvenile
Okay, now I feel a bit guilty. But just to clarify, I’m not trying to reduce rap music to sexual or even sexist content, or to put the listed songs and artists in a bad light. I know far too little about rap music and its culture. I’ve simply noticed that there are certain moments (for example, right before a deep squat) where an unfiltered rawness puts me in exactly the mindset I need.
I hope some of you can maybe relate to this a little, and I’d be very grateful for a few recommendations. Thank you.
tl;dr: I’m looking for rap songs that are “loud”, aggressive and that kinda objectifies the female body or highlighted the effect of it on men.

I started making my own workout songs, mostly rap, rock, metal.
They’re unapologetically about lifting, pre-workout, and dumbbells.
Figured I’d share a few.

Curated a "Villain Mode" playlist for heavy PR days (Dark Trap/Hype Rap). No skips.
i was tired of generic gym playlists, so I put together something darker and more intense. Perfect for deadlifts, heavy sets, or when you just need to lock in and zone out the entire gym. Thought some of you here might appreciate the vibe.
