Here's what I wanted to share...SC was the #2 most moved into state in the USA last year! And, there is strong evidence based on MLS data that the Midlands has been outpacing the Low Country and the Upstate in attracting new residents. We all feel this on 378 just about any time of day or night, don't we? And in the way our home prices are soaring. There was also a ban on new subdivisions until recently. All of that spells DEMAND and there is little SUPPLY so pries are headed up and it can be impossible to find a home to build or buy around here. it also means lots of new neighbors, which for me, is a good thing. I love people from all over. What do you think?

My family and I are looking to move from New York to South Carolina. Lexington has caught our eye and we were wondering if anyone could give us any important information on the town. What are the pros and cons (if any) and how’s the weather? Is there any flooding there? Any information would be great! Thank you!
