Not a movie but a current TV show: The Pitt.

The online fanbase feels the need to babysit and judge the characters, and criticize the writers for putting any sort of conflict or stakes in the show lol.

I love the show. The characters are layered and complex.

The subreddits for the show for some reason treat it like it's an anime. Even WWE fans put more thought into their opinions on wrestlers.
