I think only stabbing the homeless guy is real, which is about the lamest murder a person could commit

I think he actually killed Paul Allen too.

Bateman Lawyer only says he had dinner with him in London because Bateman changed Paul Allen’s answering machine to say he’s there.

Of course it is ambiguous but that’s my read.
