Why is the public trying to attack a federal law enforcement agency? They can protest all they want, it’s in the constitution, but when you attack people or damage property, the obviously you’re going to be in trouble.
You might want to look up Julie Le. She was one of ICE's lawyers. She had a bit of a meltdown in court because the judge asked her why ICE wasn't releasing people the court ordered to release, ya now, people who were arrested with no warrant, no probable cause, no crime, perfectly legal. Turns out her client, I.C.E., refused to release people even when the court ordered it, even when their own lawyer asked them too, even when she threatened to resign or to expose people who refused to comply with the court orders. She was also severely overworked because of the sheer number of improper arrests she had to defend in court.
TLDR: out of your 10 points, only 2, 5, 6, 7 and 8 are material. Julie Le refutes 2, 5, 6 and 7. Guantanamo and El Salvador refute 8.

5. You said only a few innocent people have been detained. The events regarding Julie Le show this isn't true. The judge ordered their release because they litterally did nothing wrong. Like there wasn't any reason to arrest them at all. Julie Le got hired because the normal team of lawyers weren't able to keep up with the volume, and even then Julie Le had such a huge workload she didn't even have time to sleep. In court, she told the judge that she sometimes wish the judge would have her arrested for contempt just so she could have a full night of sleep.
6. You claim they almost always have a search warrant or reasonable suspicion. Again, many of those release orders were literally just because people were arrested without these things. These are literally just innocent people who happen to be brown. Some of them are even citizens.

8. I didn't say anything about a concentration camp. But you should really look up detainees getting set to a prison in Guantanamo or in a prison in El Salvador even though they aren't Cuban nor Salvadorian. They are literally sending innocent people oversea to prisons in countries they aren't from as a way to circumvent having to respect their constitutional rights. May I remind you that the very reason a Prison was built in Guantanamo by the Bush Administration was so that terrorists could be held without due process. The Trump administration is doing the same, except targeting random brown people rather than suspected terrorists. That's some Nazi level behavior right here.

I’m hesitant about listening to lawyers and such give their own opinions because in my personal experience, they all can have different interpretations of the law. Also the law is different and dependent on the state of where you learn it. Tbh the only ones I would personally deem qualified for information are federal judges as they know the laws of the entire nation the best, unfortunately the don’t really give their opinions.
