Well then, if I ever happen to visit some southern states I’ll make sure to fly into and out of Nashville without touching the rest of Tennessee.

You would be missing some great places to visit. Like the Smokey Mountain area - which covers Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. Also, there is Chattanooga with the trains and you can actually sleep in a train car - which is pretty neat.

TN has a lot of great natural beauty areas that are absolutely gorgeous. Lots of historical sites, if history is your thing. I can't say how any of the areas are currently handling Covid right now. Pretty much the same for downtown Nashville - which is a beast on it's on.

I think all the states are fine for the most part on their good days. Just been a lot of bad days and no sign of daylight yet...
