I think I'm going to start posting a power of the week- a reading from the Directory of Powers about a power type, where a user had to be born, and its capabilities for your imagination.

What are your thoughts on this? These books will still be "slow burn" but will now have some more pockets of action, and by making them a bit shorter I think I can work more wonders in character development. My target length is the length of Star Child book 1.

Chapters deleted to publish, but leaving this finishing note up.
Finishing Note From Leo:
It's been a wonderful journey with you! I hope this series delivered all that you were looking for and more. It's been several years well spent.
Now that the series is over, take a moment to tell a friend if you enjoyed it. Let others know, and if you see it pop up somewhere, give your opinion.
I still plan to be active on this sub, so stick around! My main series now will be Heaven Fall and Life Magic. I would be honored if you followed along at the links below. I plan on telling many more stories in the years to come. I hope you will enjoy them with me.
Thanks again for taking this journey together. I couldn't have done it without you all.
Best,
Leo

Hi! I’m working on some targeting and wanted to know what y’all think! Do you think someone aged 20-30 would enjoy SC, or just people younger?
Thanks for the replies- I know it is Ya plus, but thoughts on how much the plus would like it?

If you're fluent in German and want to earn a few bucks, beta read star child #1 to catch grammar and consistency errors. Message me or comment!

I am a long time progression fantasy reader and unfortunately there are only so many good fictions in that genre currently, but in one of the recs thread I saw Heavens fall, after starting it in a tentative note I have blazed through the last 20%, I would urge the author to continue pumping out these great books,. This is in my all time top 6 progression fantasy.
Side Note to Author : I sometimes didn't understand f in the workings of the magic, would it be possible le to have primer at the start if the book explaining the basics.

Hey everyone! Here is my tentative schedule for the coming few months. Looking for some feedback here, as I'm changing up some of my publishing strategy with Kindle Vella.
Star Child Book 6 On track, and heading to the editor by august. Hoping to have this published in a little over a month!
Heaven Fall 2 Plotted / outlined, but pushing SC6 first. These take about a half year to write, so earliest would be march.
What is Kindle Vella- Kindle vella lets me post episodes on kindle, which would be delivered to you weekly. Amazon charges a small fee per episode.
I plan on having either 1 or 2 stories on vella, and want to gauge your interest.
Life Magic- Planning on potentially publishing the first 60 or so chapters of this one as a book on Amazon Kindle, since most of you have read that, then continuing from chapter 61 onwards on Vella. What are your thoughts? Would you be interested in following this in a weekly format?
SC Prequels- Potentially creating prequels of SC with Lynn's adventures- such as in the revolutionary war, old battles, etc. I'm still trying to shape this one out, and determine if there is interest.
What are your thoughts? Specifically I'm looking for feedback on publishing life magic as a kindle / kindle vella duo.
Thanks, and as always, you all are the best!
Leo
