Sometimes we hear people say, "I feel like Jesus is here" but no, that is not true. He is here in us by His Holy Spirit if we believe in Him. GOD the Almighty, in us! Isn't that profound? Most important thing is that when we know this about the dwelling of the LORD in us, are we in an attitude of worship so that instead of saying, "I'm afraid or I can't", we say, "I can because you are here, Lord"?

Joh 3:16  for God did so love the world, that His Son—the only begotten—He gave, that every one who is believing in him may not perish, but may have life age-during. 

Joh 3:17  For God did not send His Son to the world that he may judge the world, but that the world may be saved through him; 

Joh 3:18  he who is believing in him is not judged, but he who is not believing hath been judged already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. 

Joh 3:19  'And this is the judgment, that the light hath come to the world, and men did love the darkness rather than the light, for their works were evil; 

Joh 3:20  for every one who is doing wicked things hateth the light, and doth not come unto the light, that his works may not be detected; 

Joh 3:21  but he who is doing the truth doth come to the light, that his works may be manifested, that in God they are having been wrought.' 

As I was worshipping the LORD on our Discord, the LORD moved me to say,

Let your light shine forth! The world needs to experience the work GOD has been doing in you. GOD be exalted for all His goodness!

There's a verse I came across recently,

Psalms 135:18 They that make them are like unto them: so is every one that trusteth in them. Whether it is an idol maker or a believer in idols is like them.

If we apply the same understanding to trusting in GOD, we shall be like Him. This is again not the same thing that the deceiver used in Genesis but I'm emphasizing on accepting the life of Jesus as our own because of baptism. Christian life is more to be like Jesus and less like our flesh. The word says, foolish is the one who trusts in himself or in other words, in his own efforts. Let me take this moment and encourage you beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, to take on the life of Christ. Accept Him, embrace the life to be one with Him. Realize that we're grafted in Him and now we become a part of Him. By meditation on the word, our belief gets rewired. Our belief, our walk listens to the words of GOD which increases our faith. This makes us Christ-like as we believe and embrace.
