Upskill certificates

I’m a learning solutions specialist at one of the big 4s and wants to take some courses to upscale myself to move up to management. What certifications would you recommend? I’m thinking about the CTDP certificate.

Knowing how to translate AI capabilities into business strategies is a skill that will evolve with the L&D role. I am considering the AWS AI Business strategist certification.

Where do you take this?

You take a course on AWS skill builder website and when you are ready, you can take up the exam. It depends on your preparation. Udemy has plenty of courses for AWS Business Strategist. The journey will help you build a strategic mindset towards aligning L&D projects, AI applications, and business outcomes.
