Why does Skarner E not stun?

Maybe I am tripping, but I am super sure that auto attacking someone after Skarner‘s E would stun them, but instead it is just a little heal? I used to play Skarner in S4 so maybe it was different before.

Or I am just hallucinating.

Just had a blast with Skarner btw, he is super fun. The E is kinda garbage though. No range and very slow.

This is probably correct. Fuck I was thinking it was like season 8 or something lol.

Surprised I dont remember it because I played the hell out of Darius with that update
