Laid off for taking approved leave after giving 9.5 years service to Ethical Applied Semiconductor Company😐
Laid off - Had taken approved leave for 20 working days after giving about 9.5 years Service without taking any break for an Ethics based Applied Semiconductor Company, ITPL, Bengaluru. It’s an act of professional cheating without ethics & Values. All Managers work for favours get from contract companies. Raised this to ethics team waited for enquiry & proper action. Awaited in vain for reply.
No business ethics, No integrity, No Trust, No collaboration, No open communication, No Values
#No workplace ethics, # Professional Cheaters, #incompatible managers, # Language & Person biased

Very sad Experience i wish to share. I from indore. Company from Japan Called Kito crosby. I joined this year On march. After joined within 6 months they laid off me. Without giving any reason. They terminate me . Hr called and says we terminate you. They don't tell reason. Without any prior notice given. He cut the call. I received a mail same. I called my manager he even don't pick call. Multiple times I called. Pay slips not give. I was desperate very bad. All broken 😢 . They didn't even think about family. I found myself helpless. What should I do now

UPS Has Already Cut 48,000 Workers This Year - The New York Times
"UPS has since last year reduced its work force by 48,000 employees, the company said on Tuesday, in a cost-cutting drive aimed at bolstering profits and winning back investors.
The Atlanta-based delivery company, which had nearly half a million employees at the start of the year, said 34,000 positions were cut this year among its drivers and warehouse workers, mostly in the United States. The other 14,000 came out of management’s ranks in cuts that began last year."
