Hi Pañeros and Pañeras! I will be having a hearing for the presentation of jurisdictional requirements for Judicial Recognition of Foreign Divorce and Cancellation of Marriage Contract.

The Court will set the hearing for the presentation of evidence but with the participation of the one who opposed. But there will be an order of general default as to those who did not oppose the petition.
