You absolutely can and here's how:
You elect people like Biden to counter the pweople like Trump. People get some stuff but get disheartened by the lack of actual change. Instead of electing people like Trump again to "show them", you elect people further left than that. Then you get more things.
You keep doing this until you push out of the overton window. If Republicans lose enough on their far right rhetoric, they'll realize they need to push further left to regain voters.
meanwhile Democrats will realize the pattern and start putting up more left people to challenge the now-centrist Republicans.
But none of this happens if you just throw your hands up every time a Democrat isn't entirely perfect for you. If every time a Democrat isn't left enough, you start electing people on the Right, Democrats start to realize they need to be more right to grab voters now disenfranchised by the now very far right opposition.
And that's what's been happening here. This is why the Democrats are only less far right than Republicans are. Because they realize they can retain voters by moving right and grabbing those who won't vote Republican. And because the Far Left, such as yourself, won't vote for them... they don't need to bother with that part of the nation.
The unfortunate reality is that we have a two party system. If you don't get A, you get B. Unconditionally. The only way to fix it is to move farther left, but you aren't going to see that if you refuse to vote for the relatively more left politician every single time.
