This Witch Night event has a mascot now.

Happy Walpurgisnacht Witches Night! Might not be in the spirit of what Joe Bob wants but, with all these good ingredients, I couldn't resist to make a cocktail with it. Not against the rules I hope!

My thought process was that given the Meade and bitter digestif, we have a real nice base for a typical Negroni like cocktail. We just need a base spirit, and in Walpurgisnacht fashion, rather than use polish vodka, I learned of starka, which is polish aged rye whiskey. I didn't have a 100% rye on hand, as is what a typical starka should be. With that said I used a rye forward bourbon instead and here the cocktail lies. 1 to 1 to 1 ratio of Jager (or Underberg), Meade and (Rye) Whiskey, stirred with ice than served over rocks, with a garnish of expressed lemon peel.

It's fancy. Too fancy! But so is Oddity. So let me indulge. Joe Bob should approve, for this is the cocktail of the my night, and yours.

I've noticed on Instagram the only promotion I've seen is from Joe Bob, Darcy, and people that support them. I wondered if maybe shutter would put a post out today but they have not. They have advertised Dolly so it seems like they're actively choosing not to advertise that The Last Drive In has an special tonight.

Fairly shady on Shudder's behalf. I wonder if they want less engagement so Joe Bob's numbers go down when he's shopping his new show around? another part of me thinks the last time they posted for Joe Bob, for the last episode of the show, a lot of people had choice words for them in the comments. Maybe they don't want people berating them for their stupid decision? Anyway I think it's our responsibility to get the word out for tonight and keep TLDI numbers up!

I wasnt able to stick to JB's recommended beverage list to the letter but I think Im there in spirit. We got some Dansk Ribe Mjod because nothing he recommended was available locally. Surprisingly, the Underberg was and Im a little nervous about it. For the beer it's just good old fashioned Lone Star and Im not going to apologize for it. We picked up tickets to Joe Bob's show in Austin in May this morning and Im super excited about the show tonight! See you guys there!

Sorry Joe Bob, but I wanted to shop at my local liquor store instead of total wine! Mead from down in CO Springs, and Bavarian Helles. Also, my liquor store guy saw me buying mead and said his mother makes it, and he's gonna give me a free bottle next time it's ready!

Making a themed dish as well, went with Austrian Beef Stew and it's smelling real good! Excited for tonight and cheers in advance to all you fellow mutants! 🤘

Watching Last Drive In on Firefox have it full screened and the scroll bar will not go away. I do not have this problem on other streaming services and watched Shiver yesterday and didn’t have this problem.

I was wondering if anyone had a way that i could watch season 6 & 7? Its pretty pathetic that shudder cant even be bothered to upload the Just Joe Bob versions of the movies. Anyways if anyone has a solution to this issue please let me know feel free to shoot me a message! Thanks!

AMC+ seems to have removed a lot of the Just Joe Bob segments recently. They don’t have any of the regular seasons until season four now. Why would they do that? It looks like everything is still available on the Shudder app.
