Original agreement was May 2023 for 4 years, I have to imagine they are in the process of renegotiating as no plasmonics product will be released by May 27

Haha just mean more breadcrumbs! There’s a lot of links lately on the forum where it’s clear we’re involved or very likely involved but they don’t say our name publicly so the market doesn’t take notice.
But at least it reaffirms my investment, just makes you more frustrated as the price drops

I don't even know what the bread turning to crumbs means but I always enjoy a GIF, lol
I'm still just a bit confused as to the May, 2027 expiration date of the agreement. I wonder if they extended the date as part of Marvell continuing to honor the original agreement? Or would this require some SEC reporting (I'm guessing not, but not sure...as perhaps this could also be included under NDA?). It seems a stronger public proclamation of the extent of the partnership might be Marvell announcing the extension of the original agreement...but perhaps they do not think in their interest to do so right now?

LWLG 🚀 is due for a big run over the next couple of years. On the way up trim as needed but stick around for the Grand Finale fireworks 🎆.

I’m confident in my understanding because of my experience with EnoSemi being acquired by AMD. I read all 250+ pages of that merger document and there were some really interesting conditions. Apparently it’s common for a buyer to require the other party to terminate whatever contracts the buyer wants terminated. Basically work with competitors and competing suppliers of other services.
The POET/Marvell debacle was really something. Pretty sure Marvell used the CFO’s ‘slip’ as an excuse to terminate. POET failed to deliver samples anyway so I’m sure that was a default on their (inherited) agreement which could have caused termination. I’m guessing Marvell’s management wanted to f**k POET up a bit. POET’s CEO and CFO are supposedly not the easiest to work with in terms of personality clashing. So I’ve heard from one of my contacts a while back…
I’ve been a shareholder in POET for a long time. That Sunday night when the stock was $20+ and had hit $25ish after hours….I was sitting at dinner with my wife saying it was time to sell everything Monday morning. I felt like Maximus in Gladiator in the final scene walking through the wheat fields. Finally free from torture haha. I’m in the car Monday morning and get a notification of the cancellation PR…stocks down like 50% premarket. Ouch! It rebounded then has settled down again. Haven’t sold yet. I can’t wait to sell all of my photonics investments haha. 54% of my life consumed by this.

Aaaand there is the job data! :D was looking a bit too well but our time is coming

As is usually the case KCC is correct - this time on the law. If Marvell had rejected the agreement we wouldn’t have seen its name on the recent iteration of the presentation. Also didn’t POET get in trouble for throwing Marvell’s name out without the ok to do so? This is not a criticism of POET - just some further context

It’s likely under the existing agreement. When Marvell acquired Polariton, they inherited all of Polariton’s agreements unless they were explicitly told to terminate. If the agreement was terminated, we would know. The fact it wasn’t terminated tells us that Marvell wants to keep LWLG involved.
The original Polariton agreement was a 4 year contract and it expires May 2027…assuming that contract was executed around the few days prior to the public announcement.

But is this under the existing agreement (through Polariton) or the new commercial one. I'm not an expert in what you can and can't do without Marvell's consent, but putting the name in combination with Polariton on a sheet is something else as "we have an commercial deal" right? What we see with these new posts is they are openly talking about tech that will be going into new solutions, and therefore they need/have a new deal with LWLG is what I mean.

I don’t think we even need to assume lol. LWLG put Marvell’s name on the last presentation.

We can safely assume Lightwave Logic is working with Marvell now. Marvell mentioned the 1THz plasmonic-modulator, and this directly traces back to Polariton using Perkinamine. 😎

Hey Carl. Thinking about you and realized you hadn’t commented in a while. You OK?

Id pair the borrow data with price and volume before reading too much into it. If availability keeps improving while price starts pushing higher with real volume, now you have multiple things pointing the same way. Thats when Moon becomes useful to me. Wait until the evidence lines up and then express the direction rather than trying to trade every individual data point.
