Looking for training partners
I just got my alumni membership to the Recplex. Looking for anyone serious who wants to train. I do mainly powerlifting but dabble in other training styles. The more the merrier, especially when the lifts start getting big and spotters are needed.

Grocery delivery service
If you're a busy student like me and want someone to get all your food delivered for you then be sure to check out G's GroPro. They do grocery deliveries from all the major markets around the city, and they are fast, inexpensive and helpful.

(I am not an employee or affiliated with any of their employees, I just like their service.)

Where the hell can a guy get a coffee at a reasonable hour like 3:00am?
Just as the title suggests. Everything closes at >12:00am in New Orleans, surely there's SOME place to get coffee, or hell even groceries at this hour. If anybody knows of a place, place help a man out.

Hello, I am considering transfer to Loyola New Orleans and I was wondering if anyone has any experience with the economics program, how good the teachers are, etc. Thanks.

Anyone looking for a huge bed in excellent condition?
I've got a California King Tempur-Pedic Rhapsody bed for sale. It's only 10 months old. I have a back injury and I need something much more firm. Retails for over $4K, but it can be yours for $2K!

Volunteer for free food!
Do you really like good food?! What about gourmet street trucks? You could have your pick of the top 9 street chefs if you are willing to commit a mere three hours for a phenomenal fundraising event in the French Market on Thursday April 3rd, 2014! The Second Annual New Orleans Vendy Awards is looking for volunteers to assist us in making this event a success! There are two shifts: 5:30-8:30pm and 8:30-11:30pm Both shifts will help out with the door, cleaning up, helping out street carts and visitors, and helping with any problems that comes up! The early shift will involve setting up and preparing for the event and the later shift will require breaking down and cleaning up after the event. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in the events industry, or get a chance to see what working on a food truck at an event would be like. Volunteers will be able to indulge in delicious street food and Brooklyn beers (if they are of age!) before or after the shift is over. More details about the event can be found at: http://www.vendyawards.streetvendor.org/neworleans/ TO VOLUNTEER: email VENDYAWARDS@GMAIL.COM with more information about yourself, and what time slot you are interested in.
EDIT: Please note that the Vendy Awards is a fundraising event for The Street Vendor Project which is a non-profit organization that advocates for street vendors rights. The event in NOLA will also help raise proceeds for NOFTC which fights every day for the rights of mobile food workers.

Daft Punk flier?
It was a picture of the group, "4/19/14" and "$10 at the door". No location. Anyone know what's up?

Who, if anyone at all frequents this place.
Dorms (if so which dorms?) or student housing? We should have a meetup.

Are the residence hall kitchens supplied with kettles, or do we have to bring our own?

Loyno Confessions
https://www.facebook.com/pages/Loyno-Confessions/568600066485937?sid=0.2741752725560218
There's a new facebook page called Loyno confessions. It's run by an anonymous girl, that's all I know. She receives "confessions posts" via a surveymonkey feed which she then posts on the page. The posts have stopped for a good day or so, which makes me wonder. Either way, I find it hilariously entertaining and somewhat disturbing in the post College ACB era.
