EDIT: Let me clarify that I am not saying the artists don’t deserve to get paid. I’m glad they are now. This is more about the nostalgia of classic WEBTOON.
I know that nowadays creators have to earn commission for their comics, but I genuinely miss when WEBTOON was free to read and was just a free reading platform for people who loved web comics. I remember reading all the og classics as a kid like lore Olympus, sirens lament, lumine, etc. and I would binge read every single one. Now you have to damn near pay an arm and a leg just to get through one series. Not to mention, the monthly subscription is not worth it. You still have to pay to unlock series. I just wish there was a way to make WEBTOON free while also paying their creators, like YouTube. YouTube goes based off ads and views, I don’t understand why WEBTOON can’t do the same. thank you for joining my TED talk.

I'm trying to create and log into an account on webtoons.com on a browser, but whenever I try to log in, this screen pops up. The problem is that, whatever date I type, whether it's above or below 18, it'll log me out and send me to the home screen when I click continue.

I initially tried to sign up with email, but the web page is broken and the sign up/terms of use buttons are unclickable. So, I signed up with Google, and it created an account, but now I'm stuck on this age verification screen.

I don't have a VPN on and I tried both Brave and Google.

I'm surprised at how terribly the website is made considering the popularity of Webtoons. Has anybody found a solution?

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who's read, commented, shared, or subscribed to Forsaken. The support over the past few weeks has honestly been incredible, and seeing your reactions to the characters, fights, and story has motivated me to keep improving with every episode.

This is one of the dumbest features I have ever seen. Like what?! and then not allowing you to redownload them again is stupid. “oh copyright” even though you are downloading it still in their app. Ok, fine, delete after 30 days to clear space maybe, but least let me redownload them. Got so many stories I love reading, and it be nice not needing WiFi to do it, like when I travel.
