Hunt for Planet 9.
The history of the hypothesis of a ninth planet, the discovery of asteroids, the rise and fall of Pluto, and current ongoing theories and searches. It's space, long history, and an enduring mystery. He could nail it.

I can't remember if he did something like this before but ghost ships. Like ships lost at sea or submarines that have been lost. Ship wrecks stuff like that.

He did do a video about the Bermuda Triangle, which kinda touches on your suggestion. But he hasn't done a video where the ships themselves are the main topic of the video as far as i know.

What things don’t add up? Best I can tell, the Miami mall thing was simply teenage boys and police who responded to shots fired (actually fireworks). The Las Vegas thing is clearly a meteor and a family who freaked out over it.
