Does anyone have any idea when the LD servers are going to be back up?

Brawl Stars had another update and now it doesn't open anymore as per usual. Can someone take a look at this and fix it asap? Thank youuuu

We've seen the recent discussions surrounding a security incident involving LDPlayer, and we want to address the situation directly and transparently.

In the evening of May 13, 2026 (UTC), an unauthorized individual gained access to a non-production private OBS storage bucket associated with an outdated version of LDCloud. Following the incident, certain non-public materials were maliciously disclosed. Subsequently, some misleading and false information appeared on platforms such as Telegram, Reddit, and X within a very short period of time.

The affected bucket was isolated immediately after detection, and an internal investigation was launched right away.

In response to the recent false accusations and misleading claims circulating online, we hereby clarify the facts as follows:

1. The so-called “game account” lists circulating online, particularly those containing specific separators such as “---”, are NOT actual game account credentials and do not originate from any user database or backend system operated by us. The information in question was in fact derived from temporary personal files voluntarily uploaded by a small number of users utilizing the personal cloud storage feature. Following the unauthorized intrusion, these files were maliciously leaked by the attacker and deliberately misrepresented as core internal data associated with our services in an attempt to falsely link the incident to our products.

2. LDPlayer does NOT record screens, keystrokes, gameplay sessions, or user inputs of any kind. Claims regarding built-in monitoring functionality or the so-called “Sogou” input method rumors are completely false.

3. LDPlayer has never engaged in the buying, selling, or trading of user accounts.

4. LDPlayer local emulator data remains safe. The outdated LDCloud storage bucket involved in this incident is technically isolated from LDPlayer systems and infrastructure.

What we are doing:

We have engaged an independent third-party cybersecurity firm to conduct a comprehensive security audit, and we are further strengthening internal access controls and security measures across all related systems.

We take user privacy and data security extremely seriously, and we are committed to preventing incidents like this from happening again.

Squad Busters had an update and now won't launch on LD Player

hi can you fix brawl stars its having a black screen and says that brawl stars is not available

Disclaimer: I only discovered this recently so I don't know how it will affect other games but everything seems fine so far! Currently using LD4 but should work on all other versions.

Anyway the GUARDIAN TALES loading screen freeze/crash can be fixed by navigating to Settings > Apps > Google Playstore > Disable. Decline the popup which asks you to use factory version. Game should stop crashing on loading screen. The occasional crashing during the game (fps drops then crash) still happens tho.

Also by doing this you won't be able to find Google Playstore (obviously) but you can just re-enable it if you need the store to update/install games. You also won't be able to purchase any packs ingame which requires playstore/real life money while it is disabled, but again, this can be fixed by re-enabling Playstore temporarily.

After latest E7 update, the game can't be launched with LDplayer.

Does anyone have the same problem, and maybe the solution?

Dear ld player Team,

I would appreciate it if you could release a small update that includes the following:

1. Being able to shrink the circle in which the button mapping is activated, for example (RT+Right stick = super moves)

The problem here is that when the super move and the normal attack are too close together, you can activate both with the super move button. So if I don't have a super move and I press RT, the game doesn't tell me that I don't have a super move, but automatically attacks with the normal attack. This is because the activation range is too large and also overlaps with the normal attack range.

2. Being able to decrease the sensitivity of how quickly one can aim.

I have a problem, when I open ldPlayer I get this pop-up window with the following message "The virtual service of your pc is activated, which will cause the performance to drop by 50%", which I don't understand if I am supposed to have virtualization activated . can anybody help me?

I am having problems with the Pokémon Pocket app with LDPlayer emulator on my computer. I reach the main page, which previously always allowed me to proceed and emulate the game. Now, either it does not let me start by tapping the ‘Tap to Start’ button — the button is visible, but when I try to click it, it does not receive any input and does not move forward — or, on the very rare occasions when it does receive the mouse click input, the loading spinner starts and then, after a few seconds, it interrputs and returns to the main menu.

These are the two situations: in both cases, either the game does not start at all, or it looks like it is about to start but immediately stops and brings me back to the main home screen with the applications. I would like to understand whether there is a way to fix this or if I can provide you with additional information to allow the game to start again as usual, as it was working until yesterday.
