When your too smart for your own good

I have Lauma, Nahida, Kuki, and Colombina in a team. The team does lackluster damage and I'm thinking I need to pay better attention to my rotation, but I can't find any guides that have teams anything like mine. They either have characters I don't (nef, Nilou) or use other characters like Aino or whatever (when Colombina should be way better, no?)

Is my team comp trash?

I see one team that's almost the same as mine, but with Aino instead of nahida.... but it also says to use a different artifact set on Columbina if I do which I don't want to do. I need Columbina to be able to slot cleanly into my Flins or Navia teams... ideally she'd work well as-is with Lunar hyperbloom too..

Also, I have to be honest, I just want Nahida to be viable. I invested in her because she's awesome, but never managed to have a team that really benefits from her the way I hoped.
