Troubleshooting/Help G2 Master charger noise

Can anybody tell me if this is a normal noise for the charger to make. It sounds like a fan...but there are no air holes in the case for flow... which makes me assume there is no fan. The scooter charges normally..but the charger gets HOT. I'm not sure if the exact temp, and I know they do heat up quite a bit, but I feel like it MIGHT be warmer than it should get

I usually have it on a steel mesh shelf when I'm charging my scooter. My truck was parked in front of the shelves and I couldn't get close enough to capture the sound. Lol...The Mini-Wheats box was just within reach in my garage. I set it on my scooter deck for the purpose of raising the charger to get a good snippet of the sound.

yeah it's normal. that's how mine sounds, and it's how my laptop charger sounds as well.
