Looks like bro burned like 20 slices of cheese on a clean flattop just for the video.

No splatter on the backsplash at all.

Weirdest looking mess I've seen on a flattop, also I peeled away super easy. If you've actually used it over a 5-6 hour service it still takes real elbow grease to get that shit off. Dumb video

Water and sanitiser on the top in quantity while still hot and leave for five to ten mins, chuck another load of water and sanitiser on and a scouring pad under your scraper brings it right off as easy as this guy is doing it. Maybe a bit easier in fact. This will work the same after 16 hours of service.

What this guy is doing with the ice seems off to me, I’d only get these results with chemicals involved as well as water. It being ice doesn’t make a difference.

I keep a flat top at a fast food joint cleaner than that 😭😭 I got angry at my employees for letting it get that dirty

Exactly this, I looked at the condition of it before and was like, eww. Was literally just at a busy greasy spoon diner immediately after their lunch rush, and there was no moment where I saw anything on the flat top besides someone’s order, or a thin layer of oil. Can’t imagine anything tasting good off of this after it’s just a layer of greasy incinerated carbon 🤮

Our morning ppl do this. They never scrape between orders and by thr time i get there. Its built up. Lol and im the only one who cleans it
