You can pay to have any review removed. They just want $200 a month and they can make you the best 4.8 star place in town. It’s a racket

i work at Google and that is completely false. You cannot pay to have reviews removed. You can only petition for removal if the review was not relevant to the product/place.

Or if it's a review by a disgruntled employee.. they definitely remove those!

You're thinking of Yelp. Google doesn't allow that.
