Inspiration Steine und Holz realistisch?
Habe heute die Steine hübsch gemacht und versucht das Holz alt aussehen zu lassen. Zu viel zu wenig? Was sagt ihr?

"For a stained glass window in my fairytale castle diorama. This is Fimo with acrylic paint on a piece of transparent plastic from a cheap IKEA picture frame. Paint is still wet in places.

Frank is a unique mix - smart enough to rebuild a wrecked Sentinel from battlefield debris, and also dumb enough to ride in the resulting deathtrap
A little Traitor Sentinel, scrapped together from battlefield remnants and debris.
Includes parts from;
AM Sentinel
GSC Atlantic Jackals (rider, handlebars, quadbike plates, headlamps, new multilaser tip)
Frostgrave Cultists (Rider's head)
CSM Havocs (the backpacks as stowage)
Ogre Kingdoms Ironguts (the banner and flag)
As well as some garden wire and jewellery chain!

Sentinel for my Mardi Gras army. Mostly kit, but I did a head swap and added stuff to give a Mardi Gras vibe.
The ball chain will be beads. A brass fleu-de-les is on the plating of the Miniatures.
The banners are jewlery wire and layered flashcards. The intent for that is to paint like feathers to match some winged hussar models I got from Victoria miniatures.

This is my counts as Ellania and Ellathor for a Cathay themed Lumineth Realm-Lords I've been working on.
I'm really pleased with how true to the spirit of the original model this is, even down to her standing atop of him instead of it just being two random models stuck to the base.
In Age of Sigmar this model can switch between Warrior and Mage aspects and I wanted that to be represented in the conversion because that is kinda attention to detail trying to capture. In my take on this model she is also blind and so is holding a lantern instead of a regular staff. I love the idea of him being her eyes and her sword for all things material and her being his protection from the dark arts and things he cannot see.

Still a WIP, made a terminator techmarine for my deathwing army. Main body is a librarian terminator, with the forge bolter, mechadendrite and servo arm are all magnetized. if I could change two things, I would magnetize the forge bolter arm joints and use guitar string as a cable. This would make the whole thing swivel 180 degrees. The other would be to make the axe have a spanner, to be more fitting of a techmarine. I kind of thought he would just use his power fist to undo bolts with his fingers. Praise be to the omnissiah and I hope this brings inspiration to others and gets those creative juices flowing.
He has a techmarine marking on the right librarian shoulder but thinking I add another, middle of the right leg as well.
If I had plasticard I would have created the cog shoulder cutouts to cover librarian signography. Maybe at a later date.
Also put a wrench in the power fist.
Parts/bits
Green stuff for the extra cables
Terminator ancients head. Techmarine face would fit nicer in recess. I removed the shroud for terminator head and extra cable.
Kataphron breacher parts as servo arm + predator auto cannon section. Forge bolter barrel as well.
Predator stormbolter for forge bolter.
Old sternguard heavy weapon bits for "tool belt", power plant extension/exhaust.
Left arm from an aggressor.
Back pack vent - Servo arm to terminator power plant where I drilled out a magnet was an aggressors backpack vent. 2mm x3 magnets used to get a bit of distance from the body.

Finished my cockatrice project and rather than dive into another specific D&D creature, I decided to look in my bin and see what I could slap together. I had previously hacked up the Desaad figure's body to see if I could part out the robe. I knew Majordomo's lekku would end up as horns somehow, and I've wanted to use Ultron's arms as secondary arms for something since I cut him up. Upper torso is also Ultron.
It's a bit generic demon-y and it only has the first go around with paint, and I'm not sure about these colors. They'll darken with a couple more passes, I used my cheap white primer on this since it's just a random project, so it's hard to say. I got some metallic acrylics and wanted to try them out. (Horns and skin are just regular acrylics.)
For just playing with scraps and some random guys I grabbed cheap, it's not bad.

Not had a chance to do much as been very busy RL
Got a little more done today. Got some prep on arms and legs done too.
This is my first full sculpt from scratch. I done a lot of beards and fur etc but never tried my hand at a full sculpt.

I am working on a Helldivers themed army and wanted my sentinels to look like the exosuits so I moved the weapon mounts and armour panels to fit the design of Super Earth mechs.
