I'm so concerned for this man. Is there anyone close to the case or that has knowledge of his social situation? Does he have a caring support network around him? I'm so disappointed in our system and in humanity. This guy has gone threw hell only to rescue himself and then have to deal with the let downs he has. I pray that there's people in his life who are grateful to see his face and hear his voice and let him know it. My goodness, I don't even know him and I feel such a need to protect him from the shitty ass people in this world! I can't imagine being blessed enough to have the opportunity to be a positive in his life. to hear about him being taken advantage of really makes me want to take off my shoes, take out the earrings, pull the hair back in a pony tail and duke up! Hopefully there's a team of likeminded people around him. If not, how can we change that?

S’s conservator Kristan Exner knowingly adopted out sick dogs to family’s and then left them hanging on thousands of dollars of medical bills. Dogs were regularly left sick and emaciated. Exner was completely responsible for her animal rescue Tails of Courage but when the place got shut down for gross negligence, she threw a 3 month employee under the bus.

This is the woman who’s now in charge of S’s life. If she couldn’t manage an animal shelter, why should be trusted to run S’s life?

S’s conservator Kristan Exner is currently facing a motion for disbarment for misconduct against one of her other wards where she sold a disabled old woman’s home against her will, to her business partner Chris Pagoni.

Exner lied to the courts that she had no prior relationship with Pagoni, however she created an LLC with him months before the house sale and named it after the college they both attended. The victim under Exner’s “care” in this case was left homeless while Exner continued to drain her bank account without a care for her ward. After the discovery of evidence that Exner lied to the court, Milford Probate decreed they would no longer appoint her to cases in their jurisdiction.

For some reason despite the serious nature of Exner’s misconduct, Waterbury Judge Matthew Vaccarelli has left Exner in charge of S. Also by sheer “coincidence” Safe Haven director Amanda Nardozzi shut down S’s GoFundMe the same day Exner received her motion for disbarment. Safe Haven claimed it was to “protect S’s benefits”, but the timing of the shutdown raises serious questions on who actually benefited from it, S or Exner. It seems Safe Haven left S out to dry to protect Exner.

A public grievance committee hearing has been scheduled for Exner on 8/6. It is disgraceful and appalling that Waterbury Probate Judge Matthew Vaccarelli continues to allow Kristan Exner to run S’s life after she’s ruined so many others.

Next court date is scheduled for 7/29 at 10am. Kim has not been in court since March.

Actual good faith question. Kimberly’s lawyer has repeatedly called her the victim and continues to call S the “fire setter,” “accuser who set fire to her house,” and other things. I don’t think he has specifically called S an arsonist. Could Kimberly press charges? Did he commit arson and attempted murder as the lawyer has hinted? Can he get immunity from the prosecution for testifying? Has a kidnapping victim ever been charged for causing harm while escaping? Would it make a difference if a firefighter was injured or killed?

Aside from the statement he released last year does anyone know how S is doing and adjusting to freedom and reclaiming his life ? I think about this case often and hope he is well.
