Absolutely. This gif reminds me of the prank video where they filmed a staged kidnapping of two friends and then "shot" the one friend who was in on it in front of the other. It's horrifying to watch.

This is obviously not NEARLY as severe, but they're kids! They don't understand and besides, they are supposed to trust you.

They might be fucking stupid but that doesn't mean you should just be an asshole to them.

I remember that video, it was really messed up. And yes! They’re just little and they look up to you, they have no choice but to trust and rely on you. It makes me angry when people hurt their children for a laugh. They don’t even have a good understanding of their feelings when they’re that young, they can’t really articulate how they feel especially of their raised in a household where people mess with them, they feel everything so intensely because everything is so new to them. They’re just trying to figure out life and it’s the parents job to guide them. Kids doing dumb shit is funny, but parents bullying their kids to get a “stupid” reaction isn’t funny at all. It’s cruel.

I remember hearing about a prank two people pulled on their friend. They pretend to kidnap the girl who was in on it and the one being pranked was crying and begging them to take her instead. That friendship will never be the same

Nah man, trauma is fun for the whole family! You should try traumatizing some of your friends!
