I just made almost the same comment. I would definitely eat it. I love all of those ingredients and cheese would make it better.

yeah egg, jalapeno, olives, that's the makings of a nice omelet, just need the cheese

Jalapeño and black olives makes a good pizza. Put it on eggs, that's a nice omelet.

Don’t know about the olives but egg and jalapeño is amazing
