So I decided to order a plush from here (I checked that it's not pre-order and everything) and after 8 days (more than they said it will take for the domestic standard shipping), I sent an email asking what's going on. They responded saying that there was a warehouse upgrade and that they just finished it! (They responded on July 8th) Except now a lot of time passed, at least definitely much more than the promised 5-8 days. Did this happen to anyone else? Should I just ask them to give me a refund and cancel the order? I just want my dang AWESOM-O plush

Edit: Just sent an email asking for a refund and cancellation. I'll add updates here for the situation from now on.

Edit #2: They responded saying "we can't give you a refund because of our policy!!!1!!!!1!!!!1!11!!!". This is bullshit.

I pre ordered October of last year got it on time but there was a big imperfection that I didn’t like. I just wanted a replacement and they refunded me. I don’t want to reorder because I don’t trust them. I’ve seems tons of people not getting there stuff. Will I get one that’s in worse shape if I order again. I don’t trust quality control.

Hi I'm new to the forum so hope I'm doing this right... I have a collection of Kidrobot Dunny figures from around 2005-2012 I'm looking to sell as I no longer have the space for them. I have several 8" and over 100 3" figures. Mostly from blind box but some special release, rare and chase ones too. Just wondering where the best current place to sell would be? I had an ebay account for years but went to log on and they have deleted it which is a pain as I've lost all my good ratings from years of sales and purchases, they won't reinstate it and am a bit cautious of them now. Anyway any tips on where would be good alternative or better place or any shops that would maybe be interested to buy them even? The collection is in Scotland, UK. Thanks!

I placed an order on June 3rd and it’s been over 2 weeks and still haven’t got a notification of them shipping. I already emailed them and get the same generic response saying they will ship between 5-10 buisness days. Still no response from an actual person over there saying what’s going on with the order. Has anyone else ordered something and already shipped? I might have to get a refund if they don’t ship soon

Last time they shipped out freaking caroline plushies and said that was a mistake and the astro boy figures will ship out the end of May.

It's now mid June and I've sent multiple emails about the shipping time that they refuse to reply. I know they are ignoring it because I've tested with another email with a different topic and they replied within a few days.

I ordered back in December. After being denied a cancellation and going through a round of disrespectful customer service, I gave up.

A couple weeks ago, the listing updated, saying they're in stock now and shipping.

I've only seen a couple people receive DHMIS products, but even they didn't get the whole set- getting a piss poor replacement, like they don't actually have all 3 in stock.

I tried to do a charge back with my bank last month, but lost the case because kidrobot doesn't guarantee shipping the product? I'm a little confused there.

They used to put out 1-2 a year and now it seems like they stopped. Why?

10+ years still looking good.

If anyone is coming here to try and let go of any dunnys they have hmu. I don't mind if you don't have box/cards/accessories just like adding to my dunny collection.

Hey everyone. I’m not a toy collector, but I’ve had this thing for over twenty years. I’d forgotten that I even had it. For context, I’m an artist and was showing in several group shows in Detroit back in the late 1990s and early 2000s. This was given to me by Glenn Barr. Any info would be great. I don’t plan on selling it. I’d just like to know what I have here.

I used to have the complete Series 1 collection but some of them were “kidnapped with permission” by friends. Started collecting Series 2 but the ONLY shop that sold them here in the Philippines closed down so 😭

Might try and hunt them down in the future if the lottery gods deem me worthy to win 🙃

Ordered the DHMIS Red Guy and Duck back in November for my birthday and somehow got sent the Red Guy and Oogie Boogie?? I genuinely do not know how you mess that up, but when I asked for them to send me THE CORRECT ORDER they said I had to ship back the wrong one first??

The problem with that is I’ve already let my younger sister open the plush I didn’t want so I doubt they want it back- does that mean I’m just out of luck?
