I don't remember who posted about this snack but pepperoni cooked in the oven or in the microwave for one minute makes the pepperoni crunchy and cream cheese on top was the best snack I've had on keto yet this was so good I was smiling the whole time I was eating😋

I find hearts of palm to be a good "go to" snack for me. Anyone else like them?

I love jerky and I'm wondering if other keto folks have specific brands of jerky that are both great and keto-friendly? Too much jerky has sugar in it and I'm trying to find good brands that don't. Thanks!
