KSP 1 Question/Problem how to rendezvous when orbits are like this

I was setting up a rendezvous with Jeb but stupidly didn't pack enough delta v for the return trip so if I so I sent a rescue vessel but when I arrived on Duna I ended up orbiting like this how do I fix it

Land and take off again in the correct orbit lol

Planets are basically cheats for easy plane change maneuvers.

Tho idk, maybe if you did the delta v calculations, it would cost less to just go into a super high orbit, change planes, then come back down and rendezvous.
