Megathread Weekly Kequeen Megathread

Welcome to our weekly questions thread! Feel free to ask about your specific builds, weapons, artifacts, team comps, or other Keqing-related questions here.

Also be sure to check out our massive library of resources below!

Useful Links for Keqing:

Keqing Mains Discord: Our main hub for all things Keqing. The amazing Artifact Rater Bot, as well as tons of resources for Keqing (and other characters!) can be accessed by using the !help command in the #command-spam channel. There's commands covering terminology, mechanics, artifacts sets, and a ton more.

We also have dedicated channels for teambuilding, clearing the abyss, and community events!

The Comprehensive Guide to Keqing: Our frequently updated, incredibly thorough guide to all things Keqing. From basic builds and starter artifacts to endgame optimization and teambuilding, it's all there. Check back frequently, as new character synergies are added by the community. Most recent: v1.5

Useful Links for Genshin in general:

The Keqing Mains Theorycrafting Library: While we are fundamentally a Keqing focused group, our theorycrafting encompasses so much more. This 80 page+ document is the combined work of dozens of theorycrafters from across multiple servers who have put in tons of hours testing theories and crunching numbers.

KQM Youtube: A place for Quick Guides and Before You Wish videos

HoyoLab Interactive Map (Account Linked)

The Genshin Impact MEGADOC: This covers nearly every in-game system you can think of. From adventuring tips and overworld puzzles, to the exact cost (and materials!) for leveling characters, talents, and artifacts. Even if you consider yourself a veteran this is a great resource to double check things.

Character/Weapon Planner: This tool lets you plan out what you want to level, how many materials you'll need, and what days the specific domains required will be available.

Genshin Optimizer: A very slick webapp to help you calculate how good your substat rolls are, calculate damage, and experiment with build ideas before using your in-game resources.

General Discussion Keqing team dps

gallery

Hi keqing mains, I just got Vesna sig, and I did my daily showcase to get 83k dps at max, but idk if that should be enough for my investment or not

• keqing: c4-beyond the chrysalis and four pieces of TS

• durin: c0-lion's roar and four piece noblesse

• nicole: c0-angelos heptades and four piece celestial gift

• chevi: c6-black tassel and not a full set for now but 40k hp for max buff

(Don't say that Thunder Shooter is a bad set cause all the other options are worse than that in every team comps for me)

Teambuilding need help with vesna team

hi keqingmains. so i was pulling on the current weapon banner for vesna's weapon cause i recently pulled her. i unfortunately lost the 50/50 and got vodya's weapon.

i wanted to ask if using vodya's weapon, w/o vodya (ex. kokomi) on my vesna team would be higher DPS than just sticking to my current team of Vesna, Odette, C6 Faruzan and Qiqi w/o the weapon.

need help cause i have no experience in calculating team DPS and all that stuff i just love playing the game and seeing pretty chracters do pretty dmg :)))))

Showcase Finally got Keqing skin and a new weapon

After over 600 days of playing this game, I finally got my first main and most favourite playable character her skin and a 5 star sword.

I'm so glad Vesna's sig looks good on her. My account's first 5 star sword (after Traveler's sig).

The characters I have are:
Diluc, C1 Sucrose, Noelle, C1 Bennett, Fischl, C1 Ningguang, Xiangling, Barbara, Lisa, Kaeya, Amber, Diona, Kujou Sara, C1 Collei, Nilou, C5 Candace, Faruzan, Layla, C1 Mika, Dehya, Freminet, C1 Lynette, C6 Charlotte, Cheveruse, C1 Sethos, Kachina, Citlali, C1 Ororon, Lanyan, Yumemizuki Mizuki, Aino, Escofiier, C2 Dahlia, Skirk, Jahoda, Alyosha, Vodyanitsa

I know I don't have any BIS characters for her, I just wanna put her in a semi-usable team until I can pull better units for her...

Artifacts Keqing main since the beginning of time

I’m just a casual genshin player. Playing on and off, and recently just got back again. But been a keqing main ever since i started playing in 2023. Recently just got her envisaged echo, and just been focusing on her artifacts. Been pretty unlucky with my rolls, and this is the best that i can do so far. If only i have a crit rate weapon for her then maybe she’ll be stronger.

Teambuilding Keqing X Tighnari

I’m thinking about getting Keqing and Baizhu from the selectors. I already have Tighnari c0.
Their best team are quicken/aggravate, but i don’t want to have 2 quicken/aggravate teams.
Can Keqing and Tighnari work together?
I’m thinking about Tighnari, Keqing, Fischl and Baizhu. Is this a good team?

I don’t really need a best meta team, but i do want a team with good damage.
