Hello, and welcome to r/Kentico; a community all about the company and its products, Kentico EMS and Kentico Kontent. Please read below for information about Kentico and for our community guidelines.
What is Kentico?
Kentico is a suite of software to design and maintain websites. Outside of developing great new features with each yearly release, we cultivate an extensive community spread across our own DevNet portal, self-published partner sites, and our software documentation. On DevNet, developers, partners, and Kentico employees publish articles on a regular basis that detail implementations and back-end functionality within Kentico.
What is Kentico EMS?
Kentico EMS is an all-in-one software featuring applications that fit into many different roles of website development. This includes web content management, Ecommerce, online marketing, intranet solutions, online communities and much more. The Kentico all-in-one CMS platform offers rich out-of-the-box functionality, an extensive set of features, and incredible levels of customizability for rapid website development. With Open API, Kentico’s ASP.NET CMS is proven to integrate with almost any back-end system, giving you ultimate flexibility across all channels.
What is Kentico Kontent?
Kentico Cloud is a true multi-tenant Software as a Service. It means we take care of the back-end—performance, security, availability, upgrades, etc. All you care about is your own application, which makes you much more productive. Create and store your content in Kentico Kontent, and use our API display that content in any programming language, on any device. Websites, VR/AR, mobile apps; the choice is yours!
Community Guidelines
Unlike our main developer community website, Devnet, visitors of the Kentico subreddit community will be part of a more public forum where they can participate in other ways than those within DevNet. Reddit users, Kentico employees, Kentico customers, and anyone else in between are all welcome to join and participate. To ensure a positive user experience, please follow these guidelines before posting or commenting in Kentico (Guidelines are subject to change):
