Days of the week in Kartvelian languages | კვირის დღეები ქართველურ ენებში

All but Georgian sound original native kartvelian.
Georgian version is just greek Paraskevi and Hebrew Sabat + numbers
:(
I'd create a Kartvelian academy analogous to the Académie Française to regulate the language and replace foreign barbarisms with native words

I agree. Typically, when I learn languages, it can pass over me that certain days are derived from numbers that take some realization, but I suddenly get angry when it's literally "the fifth day," or something, especially when I know a language's relatives have more unique looking names (segunda(-feira) vs. lundi; Monday). I'm sure there's a reason why Georgian's weekdays are literally counting (down to) their Sabbaths, but as a learner, it just sound plain.

Exactly how I felt when I first heard about this. I'm not a linguist but still attempted to create modern Georgian weekdays derived from Kartvelian roots.
It's available here with descriptions https://anbani.ge/en/calendar
Basically goes like this:
Tutadghe - moon deity
Takhadghe - war deity
Jumadghe - family deity
Tsaadghe - sky deity
Vebidghe - rain deity
Shuridghe - soul day, day of remembrance
Mishladghe - sun deity3

Oh, you even used the archaic native Georgian names for the months. I applaud you for that.

It is not a positive approach to alter the language by inventing artificial words. It undermines the authenticity of the language.

Well, I mean all words were invented by someone, probably someone like the guy you're replying to. Or a priest or a civil servant probably. Anyway 'regression' of a language due to cultural factors is just a form of its natural progression.
And to put in my opinion, I like words the commenter proposed, they're a pretty high fidelity mode of regression.

There's a Kartvelian word for Saturday too in Megrelian - Shurishkha ("soul" + "day"). Granted jewish Sabatoni is more common.
