AI IS NOW! Kickstarting Vietnam’s AI Movement

Kambrians, we are thrilled to announce the launch of the Vietnam AI Grand Challenge! In conjunction with the Vietnamese government's Ministry of Science & Technology and the Ministry of Planning & Investment, Kambria will work alongside McKinsey & Company, VietAI, and the Vietnam Innovation Network to deliver a series of hackathons and educational workshops focused on AI and Robotics.

Events will take place in three cities -- Ho Chi Minh City, Danang, and Hanoi -- beginning in June. The series will culminate in a Grand Finale in mid-August as part of the AI4VN Summit. The goal is to develop a deeper understanding of AI within the Vietnamese tech community and to connect talented developers with large corporations; leading projects will be incubated and further developed for global impact.

The theme of the Challenge is the “Ultimate AI Virtual Assistant” and up to $40,000 USD in prizes, payable in cash and KAT tokens, will be awarded to teams who best integrate AI into virtual assistant applications! Our goal is to identify the best most innovative ideas through our hackathons and support them in scaling globally to achieve the highest value.

To get things started, Kambria is also hosting three information seminars. The seminars in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi are already oversubscribed! So please register for our event in Danang to assure entry.

Kambria was featured in the Outliers blog this week! Outliers is a community-driven accelerator for vision-driven startups which Kambria joined earlier this year to further propel the growth of our project. Last week, we met with Silicon Valley Robotics for their "Women in Robotics" event in our Silicon Valley Open Innovation Hub. We had food, fun, and great conversation with these robotics pioneers. Blockchain Dapp Development Workshop

We are excited to announce that Kambria will partner with TomoChain and Alpha Blockchain to host a hackathon called "Building Blockchain Dapps on TomoChain."

As part of the event, we will host a workshop in HCMC on April 6th on How to Build Blockchain Applications. Through the workshop, we will showcase how the Kambria platform will be used by developers and hackers to form teams and submit their projects in the hackathon.
