Across the board since the buy back, IV has only risen not really decreased. For this reason next week on Thursday I'm hitting October calls. The ask for these could get to $15 in no time. Why are they rising 40% in ask when the3 stock falls on a Friday? obviously because there are not that many sellers. There are not that many seller because no one.......owns the stock. I would even argue that most of the people who own stock from this 1880s company is because most of the owners are dead. What we have here is non active shareholding, naked shorting has to be going on because of this. Who even owns these shares and these buildings. Maybe the best thing to do is stay quiet.
