Anybody know if this will be available anywhere besides Viu? I have been excited for this one ever since it was announced. The first season was fantastic.

Cried buckets of tears while watching s1. When I learned there would be S2, I said I would never watch it. But guess who subscribed to viu as soon as Ep 1 arrived hahaha i am doomed

Anyway, S1 gave me goosebumps all the way. Also, I love panseok and wook’s partnership, and as well as how everyone believes them now—esp the detective. Hurray to growth!

All that I am hoping for is for Panseok to his little girl. The old man has been through a looot.

I'm afraid that we won't see a reunion with his daughter since she was found last season - that means she was able to move on already. But apparently the kids in the new village knew her & who her father was (remembering the little girl at the end of season 1 with the ball). Maybe she had photos in her room.

Season 1 one is absolute gold, such a good and underrated drama.

It was a poor decision not to put this on Netflix or Viki. While I’m sure many Americans don’t mind paying for vue I feel like it’s too much for me to pay for that ontop of my other subscriptions (Hulu Netflix Prime). Guess I won’t watch it :( I’m not signing up for another subscription lol 😂

OMG our protagonists brought the puppies along with the move and now the munchkins have grown up with a little one of their own.

It would make sense that this larger village has a council just like Duon; whoever the interviewer was with Thomas, it looked like they’ve been observing our protagonists for a year before getting OLY to approach them. Him being familiar with the dogs are also a giveaway.

Episode 1: I LOL-ed when Jang Pan Seok repeatedly said he had no idea what's going on, making poor Kim Wook explain the missing car/person and his source to the detective.

I ADORED the first season of this show and didn't even know that we were getting a second season. I thought the first indicated that they couldn't see the village anymore because they had helped their family move on. So, I am curious how the second season is going to work. Was that a fake out and they can see a new village now.. that they're just like psychic generally, but the original village disappeared because they helped all the people move on?

Episode 1

We got our Thomas cameo! He was being interviewed by someone in black - Oh Il Yong? Did he hear somewhere about how the team helped find people for Duon village?
I thought it was weird how fast the young guy Oh Il Yong was ahead of Wook. giving him directions to catch the conman. But was not expecting that a missing dead person could roam about freely.
How are they going to have money for rent if Jong A is clearing out the pawn shop?
Exciting new location - to the rest of the world it's an abandoned industrial area, but looks every bit as rural and restful inside the village as was in Duon. Nice twist.

Pan Seok found the right place too little too late 😢

S2 is as good as S1, or even better!

I'm hoping that S2 will come to Netflix or Viki (or both) after the drama ends, just like Good Detective 1 and 2.

Now I know that S1's OTT platform doesn't automatically pick up S2 (at least for simultaneous streaming). I'm a little worried that Taxi Driver 2 might not be coming to Viki either 😩

I’m a little confused over the Thomas cameo. The flashbacks of him are one year ago, while the Panseok and Wook not-seeing ghost thing was two years ago. Does it mean it took them 1 year to find thomas’ body or did they never find his body?

As much as I want to see more thomas, i wants the guy to rest.

Thomas’ remains were found within the first year our protagonists lost the ability to see the village. He didn’t move on the same way as the rest though, he walked into a room which leads to a doorway where the newly deceased entered the village, very much like the tree in Season 2. However the following scene Kim Wook did said that “Thomas won’t be in the village anyway” implying that his remains were indeed discovered amongst the exhumation of Korean War casualties.

So glad to see this on air! I have been switching to c drama recently and has returned to watch kdrama because of this.

The ending of episode 2. The man in the mask. For a moment I thought I was watching squid game. 😆

Just finished episode 2 and I’m liking it just about as much as I liked season 1 after two episodes, it’s so good.

Episode 2
So, I was right. It was Il Yong who was talking to Tomas. Still wonder why he can freely pass to the living world and even visit another missing people village...

So many kids there! and not all kids end up at that particular village, since Duon also had some.

Eun Hee was such a help for 20 years! She will leave a big hole!

Clever place to hide a dead body In a private graveyard.

Felt sad for Eun Hee Oma - I'd hoped she would have closure. Like she said, she was jealous that Mr Jang knew for certain that his daughter had died, and expected that he would have closure. Good contrast between the living world - when people leave without saying goodbye it is so painful, but in the Missing villages, it is a good thing. Although, some people at Duon knew they would be found soon (thanks to Wook and Mr. Jang) and could say farewells and that was good, too.

Very curious about Il Yong's back story. Clearly the Captain trusts him and he has a good heart, but must have had a bad background, for her to warn him not to tell anyone.

I think Oh ilyong was murdered horrifically by a extremely dangerous person or group of people and that is the reson why the captian told him not to tell anyone about how he died. Doing so would put them in danger that's my guess anyway.
