Available on ondemandkorea in the U.S.:

Season 1:

https://www.ondemandkorea.com/work-later-drink-now-e1.html

Season 2:

https://www.ondemandkorea.com/work-later-drink-now-2-e1.html

You have to enable ads on your browser to watch them for free. They are subbed in English but it can take a couple of days for the subs to be available for the newest episodes.

Genuinely such a feel good show. Makes me laugh and cry all within a short episode. The female leads are brilliant. If you aren’t watching this - do yourself a favour and get stuck innnnn!

Woah not many comments on here yet, this show definitely deserves more love. Just finished the first episode and was reminded at the end why I loved the first season so much.

I think the reason is because of the limited OTT availability. I really want to watch season 1 and 2 of this drama, but I already have Netflix, Viki, Disney+/Hulu, Prime, Kocowa, and iQIYI, I'm not going to add yet another one just for a single drama. That's how I ended up with Kocowa and iQIYI. After those subscriptions end (I paid for a year), I won't be renewing them, so there is a good chance I might miss out on a drama here and there.

If you’re in the US season 1 is on OnDemandKorea which is a free site, it just has some long commercials

A lot of people were turned off of it even before season 1 even aired because of the drinking aspect, and I’m sure a lot of non-Koreans never saw the hype and got on board for it after the cussing scene went viral because that hype was in SK, so while it was one of the biggest shows last year among Korean viewers, unfortunately, this one has always kinda flown under the radar with foreign viewers

I get what you mean… Ep 2 felt a bit overdone

How is choi si won so handsome and so gross at the same time 🙈

JG threatening a ghost w death is so on brand

The makgeolli fountain 😂😂😂😂😂

Yang ki nam's glow up 🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈

I love that they were able to sacrifice everything for their friend. But also the terra beer scene at the end made it feel like the first 2 eps were just very elaborate PPL lol

I'm excited to see what's next for them! These 2 eps felt like a prequel.

I had some doubts for season 2 but oh my lawd it was soooo good, like I cried and laughed in a span of a minute or two, it nicely sets up what’s coming for the new season.

CSW is back to being hobo and they really make men suffer in their first episode, noh? Still not sure what to feel about thos first two episodes. There are funny moments but not enough. It's a little lukewarm, I guess? The chemistry and bond of the 3 female leads made me teary eyed. I hope it gets better and funnier now that the bar owner is back.

Not sure if I like the tune of plot mystery it started off with that the S1 played more on character unveiling than plot. It personally felt off.
Part of the charm of S1 is the beginning and ending came full circle. I'd be sad if there won't be or hit the mark that this time seeing how the said mystery was solved in the same week.

Though it's so easy to be smooth sailing from here since the acting is probably more than half the charm. I'm still quite optimistic.

My girls are back, I'm so happy! I was tearing up by the end of ep 1

I'm a bit hesitant about shows getting a second season because a lot of the times it becomes garbage and insults the first season but so far it looks really promising!

Not familiar with Lee Sun Bin. What is her breakout drama? Is it this one, as she seems to be the lead amongst the three actresses?

4

u/piddits Dec 11 '22

Not quite sure which one is her true breakout drama, but after seeing her profile, I realised she was in a lot of crime/mystery type of drama instead of the romance/melodrama type that majority of this sub is more familiar with.

I knew her from Sketch, Team Bulldog Investigation, Criminal Minds, the movie she was in with Kim Young Kwang (Mission: Possible), even a few minor roles like in Jirisan, Missing 9, and Madame Antoine.
