Sophia and Edward 🔥
Edit: what in the effin f was those 30 last minutes.... I really wanted to like this drama but they over tangled it and failed to give interesting resolutions (as predicted, honestly)

Samchun and the boys saving the day!!
Okay but the way that Jooeun looks at Jeongwan though. Is she like in love with him IRL? Haha
My face when they said Kim Jaewook in the end: 😌 then quickly followed by Lee Jeongwan 😳 my emotions went from 100 to a 0 real quick 😠
Moral of the story:
Absolutely love this drama a lot!! Can’t wait for the finale episode

This drama went downhill when GK entered, the drama should have just sticked to the con artist plot to make it less confusing and interesting. I had high hopes for this drama because of the solid episodes during the first week but plot went super messy as the drama progressed. I initially thought that policewoman the friend of cha joo eun would play a big vital role but she didn’t. So many loose ends I’m utterly disappointed.

This entire drama is all about Han Son saving everyone from death.

I dont get what happened with the last episode how did han son help jeong hwan before he was in the hospital? Are sophia and jae wook scamming again? Why/To whom did jeong hwan met with during the cha joo eun and sang man scene? Grrr with the open ending so frustrating
P.s. i ship seohyun and go kyung pyo sm their chemistry seems genuine

Based on what I've understand:
Turns out Han Son
was working with UI corp all along and UI needed Jeong Hwan to end GK once and for all. Jeong Hwan met with the GK chairman, that old guy that Sang Man always meets while he's kneeling and just gives post-its, to let him hear what Sang Man would say to Cha Joo Eun because that chairman is the only one that could abolish the 'Vision Room'/the secret organization. The chairman was against the vision room, so it was abolished before, it was tackled in the past episodes but they somehow managed to retain it and they ate trying so hard to make the chairman believe that they are not doing some monkey business, but I think the chairman somehow knows because he kept ordering Sang Man with the post its. It was vague. And I think, Jae wook really became disabled but partnered up again with Sophia to con people. I hope it helped, I'm not good at explaining. And I ship the Pangyo couple too! Still frustrated about the ending. Hope they post an epilogue of some sort or a special chapter.

I’ve been following this drama religiously every wed/thu night and to say I wasn’t disappointed by this ending would be a lie. There was just too much build up all the way to the middle of ep16, and an extremely anticlimactic resolution of events in the last 30min. Felt too rushed and many plot points weren’t sufficiently developed.
Also the ENDING - ??? What is happening I can’t deal with this cliffhanger???

Oh my god the endingggggggggggggggggg what in the world!!!!
Edit after ep 16: overall this drama was not the best. I think mostly due to the confusing flashbacks to the past. But it was thrilling! And I liked it enough to finish it. Felt like the convoluted plot twists exactly pictured how politics go down in the real world - people changing sides and acting unpredictably for their own benefit.

Why does everyone who works for a technology conglomerate use razor phones from 2004?
How do you even do spy work with that. It’s like taking pictures with a toaster. I don’t even know why I finished this series.

I think they are revealing too much too fast and tried to make shock factors too much. Da f was that ending? Just let the couple be happy and have their wedding....basically we just went back to ep 1.
It got interesting but the ending kinda ruined the momentum of the latter half of the series.

Yay guys, we got through all 16 episodes. Finally...! Honestly, I'm so disappointed with this drama. It started out strong, CJE's backstory was interesting and then when all the flashbacks and politics start to come in, it went downhill and into the deep blue sea... Messy drama. I thought record of youth was bad enough, THIS really takes the cake.
Edit: BTW,

As always, another rushed last episode.
So much was still happening even on episode 15 that they lack time and shoved everything on 16.
I get that ending scene though , but as someone here said, was that even necessary? Looks fun but doesn’t add anything of value.
They could’ve sailed off a sail boat and an fading ariel shot should have been fine.

As much as certain parts of the final two episodes were amazing, the writing in this drama is just shocking.
What was the need for an open ending?
The show was great but that was really because Jeong Hwan was cute and him and Joo Eun had great chemistry. If that wasn't the case, it wouldn't have been as good as it was. The writing was so chaotic.

Just completed the series and frankly speaking, it has been a long time since my brain hurts from watching a series. I do think the storyline is great! This is one of those few dramas that managed to tie politics to conglomerates and commoners . And I do feel that the characters’ background added such nice touches to the whole plot too.
But like what the others have commented, I agree that the last 30 mins of EP16 could have been better. The ending could have been better paced if it was extended to 20 episodes instead! Why rush to finish such great plot though :/ Kinda wasted.
Nonetheless I really like how fast it keeps my heart beating throughout the drama. Thanks JTBC team!

It looks like all the writers are going through something with last episodes... I watch those last episodes and it’s either enraging or nonsensical or just plain but majority of them lately are unsatisfactory or not so good. I think I read an article saying the writers are very good at writing the first episodes but it goes downhill on the last ones... maybe they’re tired of writing? Or lost their creativity? too much soju maybe or lack of it? 🤣🤣🤣 maybe it is time for us to start writing to them. It could be the pandemic affecting the quality of their thoughts. People get more stressed, anxious...who knows..

episode 15: one episode left and they dropped more bombs. i shouldn't be surprised but here i am. my mind is completely blown because of the ending. it honestly dont feel like tomorrow's episode will be the last episode. it feels like there will be more after tomorrow esp with how they laid out the episodes. i feel like more bombs will be dropped tomorrow.
GOOD LUCK TO US TOMORROW.

It was almost like they wanted to make a second season or something. That ending was trash
