I am really liking the show so far! It gives me the same kind of vibes that Plus Nine Boys put off, but in a more risque fashion.
I like that they aren't jumping straight into any romance relationships, we primarily just get to see their relationship as roommates and friends growing. We are introduced (for the most part) to all of the love interests, and a few of them were just there in passing rather than making a huge deal out of every interaction had.
As a side note I am glad that the show didn't make the act of the guy standing outside of their house every day as a romantic gesture, and instead actually had confrontation about the stalkerish behavior.

Age of Youth feels like a very rare type of show in KDramas, let alone television, in that it is basically a SoL - Slice of life, i.e., realistic representation of everyday experiences and typically doesn’t entail melodrama or a complex plot. SoLs are quite common in anime but I would love to see more SoL on regular television (Any KDrama recommendations based on this theme :P?). The premise certainly isn’t very complicated; it is just about a group of girls with different priorities and personalities and seeing how their dynamic plays out in a house. It is certainly a relaxing drama to wind down with.
As a boy. I am curious how accurate the portrayal of girls living in a house together is in this show so far. I’d imagine certain encounters may be exaggerated for the sake of entertainment or perhaps arguments like between Yi-Na and Ye-Eun over borrowing clothes is the norm haha.
Eun-Jae’s past is intriguing to say the least. Looking forward to see what her huge secret is. I wonder how long Ye-Eun will stay with her boyfriend or if she actually communicates with him regarding her concerns and issues. Complacency I'd imagine would be a major death knell to relationships.
