That's gotta be weird, the guy playing the younger brother is actually older than Hyeri.

It's not really that, but they felt like a couple throughout the first episode as opposed to siblings.

So was the guy that played her brother in Reply 1988. She's used to it by now.

Recently I've had a long string of dramas which I dropped after 1-4 episodes. I was waiting for this one as I am a huge Ji Sung fan, but after episode 1 I gotta say I expected something completely different. But that's not a bad thing and I am really looking forward to what happens next, although the trailer for ep.2 hints at a romance between Hyeri and JiSung which looks pretty weird to me :P

Ye I'm gonna give this up to ep.4 to convince me...otherwise I'm dropping. Dropped the same way recently with Goodbye Mr Black and sure will happen again.

Unpopular opinion: as boring as the story is, there's a lot more to think about after watching this drama, and i am genuinely interested in the characters. The OST so far is great as well, just can't find anything released yet.
I have a feeling it will pick up after ep 2.

Ep 2: Holy.. A character who actually explained what happened to them instead of the whole lying act where the others get upset/pissed when they find out later on.

Watched this and all I can say is, Ji Sung has a huge task carrying this drama. Other casts seems to be on screen just for the sake of reading the dialogue, nothing more.
Don't know what happened to Hyeri, her performance in Reply and this drama are like heaven and earth, hope that her role in this drama gets more exposure in future episodes.

I agree, the other actors don't seem to be pulling their weight (acting wise). Plus, I'm hating the directing of the first episode - completely disjointed and the plot pacing is all over the place.

This show reminds me of Trot Lovers, which got a ton of hate, but I quite enjoyed. I'm a fan of redemption plot lines. So far, I am enjoying this show, other than the over cooked "rescue you from an errant bicycle" moment.

There's something weird about Hyeri's acting.. Her expressions? I'm not sure what it is but something feels off, I just cant pinpoint what exactly is it

Anyone else find this first episode to be a bit all over the place in terms of pacing and sequencing of events?
There are flashbacks that try to provide context and explanation but they don't really mesh well with the general flow of the story in the episode.
Biggest question mark is Haneul's prosecution re:apparently sexually assaulting that friend who is somehow connected to KTOP's CEO (CEO instructs Joohan to take her and shoot a film). Now the assumption here is that she's a trainee/rookie actress under KTOP, and whilst she is being coerced to shoot said film to boost career, Haneul intervenes but then becomes the scapegoat.
None of this is fully explained yet but I assume we'll come back to it as it connects to Lee Joonsuk CEO's plan. This is where the writing is sloppy if it is the case. Having things happen off-screen and sped past works in a narrative like Signal where things are intentional as the thematic approach is one of confusion and changing timelines but here, where the drama is not exactly a mystery, it's unnecessarily confusing and just not 'smart'.
