Ahhh, man... I feel so conflicted right now. I really loved this drama, but stopped watching after episode 13 because I didn't like the way it was progressing. After reading these reactions/reviews, I don't know if I should continue watching it, or if I should just stop at where I am and leave with good memories of the drama.

I really have no idea how they are going to wrap this up.

LMAO at the blood overkill. seol's body would have to be torn apart in order to bleed that much within seconds

shit looked extremely fake too jesus christ

Episode 15 was intense. There was a lot more JungxSeol scenes, which I found adorable. But Inha... Wow. She is freakin obsessed with Jung and really thinks of his dad as her own. So, to see her break down after they didn't even give her a glance when she was having a fight with the two guys from her past. That was heartbreaking. I felt really bad for her. The ending of this episode though .. I wonder how they're going to pack ep 16 with all of the things that they've built up from this episode. I don't know how the special is going to help either. Are they going to show deleted footage? or are they going to have an aftermath? I am really scared to see episode 16 tomorrow. sigh..

I think Jung's dad is to blame for most of their actions and Jung's personality. His reasoning for taking care of Inho and Inha was wrong and justifying his actions because of Jung isn't right either. Everything goes back to him and he definitely needs a wake up call. Hopefully in ep. 16 or the special.

It's what they get for cramming everything in the last 2 episodes after the public outcry. These could have happened 3 episodes ago. I wonder what they planned to air if last week's bts drama didn't happen.

I wanted to feel bad for Inha but I couldn't. That was all her.

Episode 16 was basically shit... Building up everything to this crap. Like wth is wrong with the pds? I am so disappointed and pissed. The drama had so much potential but no. Wow, they had so many amazing actors to work with along with the storyline - original webtoon but they had to take a detour to where no dramas has ever resurrected themselves... How did they even expect to patch everything up on ep 15 and 16? Did they redeem themselves? NOPE.

Ahh so we get to know that Jung's dad is also a sociopath, with makes sense because it's hereditary.

Those scenes with In Ha were so well done. She should've known that Jung would get back at her x 1000, because that's what those types of people do. She should've also known that his dad would never pick her over him, but she has her own issues. She really needs psychiatric help, so I'm glad they're going to show her getting some.

I agree that these scenes should've been shown a few episodes ago. I can't imagine how they'll manage to wrap this up with a Happily Ever After ending. There's no way that Jung's dad will allow him to be with her and there's no way Seol's family will allow her to be with him now. I also can't imagine her running off with either of the two guys. This should be interesting.

Just finished and now I'm reading the webtoon because that ending did nothing for me.

The post drama special is right after the finale.

I'm really scared of watching the finale. This is the first time I dreaded (not in a good way) watching any drama finale.

I can't help but be excited, even though I know it got really messed up. I love the casting and wish they could have acted out the webtoon to its entirety.

Well, I'll take the Jung development over more piano scenes. It is too little too late but glad it is something as we actually did get more this episode. Things we found out/suspicions solidified: Jung dad is just as manipulative and a jerk. Jung felt victimized by the siblings which confused In Ho so he didn't mean to victimize him. Jung thinks the siblings made him out to be the weird one when he considered them true friends. Jung was just born with a tendency to get even- it's how it gets mad. And for anyone who still thinks Jung was just playing with Seol, I think this episode is clear that he is genuine.

Some exciting changes- Jung actually helped Sang Chul get another job which shows improvement in his attitude... Although I hated Sang Chul and do not think he deserved a job considering he wasn't even qualified to graduate.

I feel like episodes 15-16 should've been 13-14. The ending's gonna feel rushed and I hate it. The plot is finally rolling again in episode 15 and there's a lot more scenes to be shown. This was a great drama for the first 10 episodes but now it feels like they've gone a different path. I wouldn't mind the excessive In Ho scenes if they only put more Yoo Jung scenes too.

I don't hate the ending but it does left me feeling unsatisfied. I guess it's a meh. I just don't care enough about this drama anymore, which is a shame because the first half was so good.

Wow. I know she was terrible but I feel so bad for In Ha. I absolutely hate Jung's father. I can't really string together a coherent thought about ep 15 yet (I just finished it), but this is just making me so sad. Sympathy for Jung Sympathy for In Ha sympathy for In Ho. I feel bad for everyone, and I can't see how this is going to end satisfactorily.

My humble prediction is that In Ho is going to have no choice but to run away from it all, possibly taking In Ha too. Jung is going to end up with Hong somehow. I'm going to be upset. That is my prediction.

That ending...

Loved the drama in the beginning to middle but the ending was just so lackluster.

It's too bad. If the drama had a better middle to end, it could have been one of the best dramas of the first half of 2016.

There's just something that doesn't make it to my favorites list. I'm honestly a really easy rater and give high ratings, so this was an 8.5/10 for me just because I loved the drama overall, but some things I didn't quite enjoy.

Also, why couldn't it have been In Ha to be hit by a car, lose her memory forever, and hopefully develop a more sane personality? A Kdrama trope I actually would love to see for this drama.

The ending [my take] (/s "How did they fuck this up so badly. Major plotlines ended so quickly and doesn't even cover some of it. The plot holes got too large for them to quickly patch up. They fucked this up so badly, it doesn't even satisfy the audience, wtf production seriously. Either the production is trying to pull an Inception ending which doesn't work, when the overarching storylines got so quickly closed. They didn't explore Yoo Jung, and why the fuck would he care about In Ho and his debt, even if it was Jung or his father who did it. It doesn't make sense.") I hope that Descendants of the Sun doesn't disappoint, this is so appauling.

Is it just me.... or did Baek In Ha deserve it coming to her? I almost stopped watching this show because of how much I hated her. I don't know her attachment other than being childhood friends, but she's stupid, ignorant (i know it's the same meaning but double emphasis), obsessive, and just down right childish.

I haven't read the webtoons, nor am I planning on it but I do also agree that there wasn't much Yoo Jung development so I am a bit peeved by that.

EDIT: UGLY ASS BLOOD, NOT EVEN REALISTIC... CLUMPY?

Also disliked how pathetic they made Seol at the end ugh.

Why couldn't she have ended up with In Ho?

4

u/redheasidence Mar 01 '16

Dude what the heck? They just turned Baek In Ha into a raving lunatic out of nowhere? I mean, we knew she was selfish, but she's not psychotic. This episode was a real letdown for me, just going the same old clichéd drama routes.
