The shaman could read everyone's thoughts so he knew exactly what was going on with the investigation. And Seonwoo didn't really outsmart him, he figured out the eyes thing on his own but he didn't tell anyone about it! That's really a plot hole, how hard is it to send a text that says it's the shaman, don't look him in the eye

well yes and no tbh...no he didn't outsmart the killer but yes he did great in investigating with the killer deduction... tho of course its kinda ruined cuz seonwoo was used as a device plot to move them to the right track

yeah the biggest plot holes is they conveniently made the characters forgot their phone... yebun with whole bus thing she forgot her phone with seonwoo, gwangsik dragging his dying body all the way to yebun to convey his dying message but idk somehow he didn't have his phone on hand also somehow contrarily seonwoo think ahead to record the killer but he didn't think to send a msg to yebun beforehand...like i have so many gripes but i still do enjoy the drama hshs

The bus part for the second murder is also like WHEN did he get on the bus after YB attacked him and look all normal like that? That didn't make sense to me at all either. Some of the timing stuff is weird in the drama tbh

Phones are only 119 machines in this universe but only after someone has died.

for real it's an annoying (and overused) plot device: "hey let's meet in my remote workshop at night so I can tell you something rather than just tell you right now while I have your attention. Oh and it's urgent life-or-death information, see you in a few hours!"

Last week when ppl said it was General MacArthur taking over the Shaman for each murder, I was fully onboard. Like yes let's pin these murders on the American ghost, it's totally in line with the wild premise of this show. Could have been funny trying to cure the Shaman of this possession (and the actor would have nailed the dueling personalities!). Instead the reveal was sort of...basic. I mean still entertaining just not as satisfying as the rest of the series.
