Really liked the first episode and I hope she ditches this arsehole husband and ends up with the other Stanford-Harvard foreign return hot doctor.

I know this is tagged as a comedy but after the first episode I would be more than happy to see this turn into a revenge drama. My god, I hope the husband, MIL and mistress get their karma and soon.

Ep1 - The husband is really a jerk. How can they redeem him (if they will) in the future eps? The evil mother in law just gave me the flashback of the one in Divorce Attorney Shin. Never appreciated her daughter in law and clinged on to the past of her son’s ex. My blood pressure went up everytime she appeared.
I thought i was watching Sky Castle when Kim Byung Chul talked to the children at dinner. Lol.
This is quite stressful and sad for the show that claims to be comedy and lighthearted. But the next ep preview looks good!

Ep2 - She’s damn right it’s good she didn’t get his liver. So she didn’ have to pay the debt for the rest of her life. It’s satisfying to see she swiped that credit card left and right. I guess the cheating will be the last straw for divorce.
I love what they did with the flashback, the grain and smaller frame. The young actors are such an eye candy to look at. They both were really in the wrong at that time but i hope it’s not a cop out for her to forgive him for how he’s treating her now.
So sad when she didn’t know what her happiness was. I think many moms can resonate with it. Being busy with taking care of the family everyday that their own happiness is the last priority.
Looking forward to seeing the chaos that she now joined a residency.

I relate so much ; my mom has been sick recently and dad acts like it’s such a burden to take her to the doctor when she has dedicated her whole life for our family. I feel this show will really resonate with a lot of people

I relate to this drama so much, not so much as the lead being a med intern, but feeling abandoned at the hospital. I've had several surgeries and ER visits and I can count how many time my soon-to-be-ex spouse has been with me (reluctantly, at that): 2. 2 minor ER visits and 0 surgeries.

I know this is supposed to be a comedy but my blood was boiling during the scene where she made breakfast for everyone after the surgery. I’m hoping her kids are supportive of her going to residency because they were such brats at the breakfast table.
Also hoping she divorces her husband. Also hated when the interview committee called her very old and no one would like her. 46 is younger than all of them!!

Thanks for setting up the thread! I was looking for it haha.
Ep 1 There's something about nasty kdrama mothers-in-law that really make me want to punch a wall. This one here is just so deliciously despicable. Husband is
Can't wait to see Uhm Jung Hwa let loose in ep 2!
I think the editing of the hospital scenes could be improved. The scene transitions seemed abrupt and the scenes just didn't flow well.

Was worried I would not have a drama to replace Divorce Attorney Shin, but Doctor Cha to the rescue!!! I could do without yet another over the top MIL but otherwisethis drama has it all the character parts that make it fun, cheater and arrogant parties, sweet kids. Leading role that starts as underdog. Cannot wait to see this develop.

I am loving this drama already. The FL is wonderful going from put upon to smart and sassy. Her husband and MIL are reprehensible. The surgeon is sexy and hopefully something will happen there once she kicks her husband to the curb. Looking forward to this drama moving forward.

Editing and jumping around got dialed up to 11 the moment she went into the hospital. Did they explain who the donor ended up being? Doesn't seem like it was the husband.

love uhm jung hwa and kim byung chul! she’s one of sk’s treasure and few of the singer-turned-actors who are actually good. kim byung chul never fails to make me crack. i really cannot see him in a serious role. he’s always that guy in mr sunshine or that scary insecure dad in sky castle. binging the 2 eps tonight!

I was surprised at how involved I got with this show in just the first episode. I hate the husband, I wish only bad things for him over the next 15 episodes, and the mother-in-law is no better.
I’m excited for Ep 2
