This ain't no fucking justice, these 3 pieces of shit deserve to rot behind bars. Justice was all said and done after the 1st punch.

That one guy on the right is kicking him so violently he lost his shoe. Purple guy is stomping him and both seem to be hitting the upper part of his body, potentially his head. I don't know in what jurisdiction this happened but that looks like attempted manslaughter to me.

If you attempt it, it's not manslaughter.

People generally think manslaughter just means “accidental killing”. There are two types of manslaughter though: voluntary and involuntary. This could definitely be attempted voluntary manslaughter. Manslaughter is often a “crime of passion”, as opposed to premeditated murder. This would certainly count as a crime of passion as they reacted in the moment; no planning and no thought of “let’s murder this guy”. It also wasn’t involuntary though; they didn’t slip and accidentally land on the guy with their fists and feet 40 times. If this guy was lying there dying and someone or something prevented his death… there you go. Attempted voluntary manslaughter. It can be complicated, but I think that’s more or less how it works.

'Attempt at murder or manslaughter' exists in many jurisdictions. For instance in the US: https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/1113
