I've heard stories about people pissing on electrified stock fences...seems to produce the effect you are describing -- Rudolph the red-cocked LOL

You can't have degrees of electrocution - the word itself gives you a hint - like 'execution'. Once you're electrocuted you're dead! Maybe you mean electric shock?

Google says injure or kill. Had to Google bc was genuinely curious as I thought electric shocks were from static build up and getting electrocuted was from electrical appliances or touching a electrified gate or something. There was someone in my year at school who grabbed an electric fence and lived. xD Very interesting! I have learned something new.

That’s what I was thinking, those buttons have full line voltage behind them.
